Paper & Abstract Submission Guide
This guide walks you through the submission process step by step. All paper and abstract submissions are handled through OpenReview, a free, open platform widely used by academic conferences for managing paper submissions and reviews.
Step 1: Create an OpenReview Account
Notice: It is REQUIRED for every author listed on the paper to have their own active OpenReview profile before the paper can be successfully submitted.
You can skip this step if you already have an OpenReview account. If you are a new user, go to openreview.net and click "Login" in the top-right corner, then follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
We strongly recommend that you register using your institutional email address. This makes it much easier for OpenReview to verify your academic identity.
Step 2: Access the STAI-X 2026 Submission Portal
Once you are successfully logged in to OpenReview, you can navigate directly to the STAI-X 2026 submission portal. You should see the main conference page displaying all relevant event details.
Go to STAI-X 2026 Portal
Step 3: Start a New Submission
From the STAI-X 2026 conference page, click the "STAI-X 2026 Conference Submission" button to initiate your submission. You will be prompted to complete a submission form with several fields regarding your research.
After completing the form, you can access your submitted paper via the Author Console.
Step 4: Revise Your Submission
If you need to make adjustments to your paper after it has been uploaded, simply return to the Author Console.
First, click on the specific submission you want to modify to open its details page. Once you are inside that submission's page, click the "Edit" button to update your files or information.
