Instructions for Submission

  • Papers: Submit a paper of up to 8 pages. Accepted papers will be eligible for being selected for platform (oral) presentations and paper awards. Moreover, a subset of accepted papers may be invited for fast-track review opportunities at selected ASA and IMS journals.
  • Posters: Submit a 2-page abstract. Parallel submissions to other conferences are permitted. Accepted submissions will be eligible for poster presentations, lightning talks, and stellar abstract awards.

All submissions should be made through the official OpenReview portal for STAI-X 2026.
