Instruction to Poster Presentations

Thank you for participating as a poster presenter at the upcoming STAI-X Conference! We are excited to showcase your work and look forward to this inaugural conference. Below are the key logistical details you will need for the day of the conference.

Date & Venue
- Date: Saturday, August 1
- Location: Harvard Science Center, 1 Oxford St., Cambridge, MA 02138

- Floor Plan: Link — This floor plan maps out the poster number locations so you can easily find your designated spot when you arrive.
Poster Board Dimensions & Mounting
- The display area in the posterboard stands measures 91" H x 44.75" W (approximately 7.58 ft H x 3.73 ft W).
- Please note that the standard poster size of 3' high and 4' wide will work whether displayed in portrait or landscape orientation.
- Magnets will be supplied onsite to attach your poster to the board.
Setup & Teardown Timing
- Setup: The poster area will be open for setup starting at 12:30 PM and all posters must be fully set up before the official session begins at 5:35 PM. To ensure a smooth process, we highly recommend arriving to set up your poster during one of the following designated breaks:
- 12:30 PM (Lunch Break)
- 3:30 PM (Afternoon Coffee Break)
- Teardown: Please ensure your poster is taken down at 7:30 PM.
