Spatial Transcriptomics Arena(STAr) The Spatial Transcriptomics Arena(STAr) is an open platform for methodology research. It provides resources including curated datasets from simulation and real studies (Dataset tab), accessible analysis methods (Method tab), and reproducible analysis results (Analysis tab). It also welcomes new datasets, methods, or analysis results contributed by the broad research community. (600+ Simulation Datasets, 193+ Real Datasets, 5 Spatial Patterns, 4 Sparsity Settings.) STAr
STimage-1K4M The STimage-1K4M dataset contains 1,149 spatial transcriptomics slides, with over 4 million spots paired with gene expression data. It is designed to foster research in spatial transcriptomics by combining high-resolution histopathology images with gene expression data and spatial coordinates for each spot. STimage-1K4M
HEST-1k HEST-1k comprises 1,229 spatial transcriptomic profiles, each linked to a Whole Slide Image (pixel size > 1.15 µm/px) with associated metadata. It was assembled from 131 public and internal cohorts, covering:26 organs, 2 species (Homo sapiens and Mus musculus), 367 cancer samples across 25 cancer types. Through advanced processing, HEST-1k enabled the identification of 1.5 million expression-morphology pairs and 76 million nuclei. HEST-1k
